A lovely example of Seiko Grand Quartz 4840 calibre from 1976.
Dial and hands - clean with slight degradation at peripheral edge of the dial, but otherwise in good condition. The dial has a subtle 'white sand' texture.
Case - in unpolished, reasonable condition. Small scratches here and there due to wear, but no major dings. Crystal has anti-reflective coating, some scratches to surface, but in reasonable condition.
Movement - high end quartz movement - functioning well, within specification of +/-10s per month for these 48xx movements. New battery July 2026. Time sets with seconds 'jumping' to nearest 10s when crown pulled out (helps to set time accurately).
No strap, but I can provide a vintage, used strap if you wish.
