A lovely example of Seiko Grand Quartz 4843 calibre from June 1976.
Dial and hands - clean dial, but in good condition. The dial has a subtle 'sunburst' texture. Hands are original in good condition.
Case - in unpolished, reasonable condition. Small scratches here and there due to wear over the years, please assess with the listing photos. Crystal is new, replaced at time of service. Not original but profile and proportions match the original crystal.
Movement - high end quartz movement - functioning well, within specification of +/-10s per month for these 48xx movements. New battery August 2026. Fully serviced including full strip down, cleaning, reassembly, lubrication and regulation. Time sets with seconds 'jumping' to nearest 10s when crown pulled out (helps to set time accurately). Day and date function perfectly.

Comes on a absolutely beautiful, original Grand Quartz (GQ) bracelet in good condition. GQ logo at clasp. The bracelet is reasonably long measuring 7.5cm and 8.5cm - so fitting a max wrist circumference of around 20cm. These original bracelets are hightly sought after and are very well made, and set the watch off perfectly.
